Selection process / what to expect

Must be 18 or over to apply. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

  • Cognitive Score – Must pass internal requirements
  • Work Sample – Situational
  • Phone Interview and In-Person Interview
  • 67 Day Introduction Orientation
  • All hires start in support positions to understand the heart of the company before moving into other departments depending on your strengths observed by management and employee’s interests.
